Our judges are selected from an international panel of digital marketing experts. Judges do not assess all categories. If any conflict of interest arises, they are excluded from judging the categories affected. All judges sign an non-disclosure agreement prior to applications being released, which prohibits them from sharing any of the material they view.

The awards are based on where the activity or campaign takes place and not where you are based. I.E. if you have campaigns that are ran in any of the European Countries (as defined here) then you are eligible to submit entries to the European Performance Marketing Awards. For clarity, that's any of the channel, vertical or innovation categories.

Yes, you can enter into as many categories as you deem relevant. If you wish to enter the same entry into multiple categories we encourage you to tailor it to the entry criteria.

Nominations can be made by any publisher that works with you in a specific country. I.E. if you are based in the USA but run campaigns or have technology in Germany, you can encourage your publishers in Germany to nominate you.

If you are based in Germany but run campaigns in the USA, you can ask any publisher that works with you around the world to nominate for you in the Rest of The World category.

After a shortlist has been decided through the above process, publishers are invited to vote on their eventual winner.

A platform that enables publishers or advertisers to monetise their audiences and drive sales. This could be a traditional affiliate network, a programmatic trading platform, lead tracking platform or SAS that enables publishers to optimise their activity.

A conference pass will not provide access to the awards. However, we envisage plenty of sponsors hosting tables for their clients.

In short, there is a significant six-figure investment with the awards which in order to be sustainable needs to be able to cover its costs.

We have a maximum capacity of 450 people for a three-course dinner at the awards, representing an exclusive networking opportunity. We urge you to book your tickets before they sell out.

A table of 10 costs €2195.00 + VAT, rising to €2495.00 + VAT from 09.06.16. All bookings are made online – book a table.

Yes, individual tickets are available for €250.00 + VAT. Individual tickets are booked online – book your seats. Please note: Tables of 10 will be made up from other individual bookings.

Yes, the European Performance Marketing Awards 2016 is a ticketed event and all tickets will be distributed prior to the event on July 04, 2016.

The European Performance Marketing Awards 2016 operates a refund and cancellation policy for table and seat bookings minus a cancellation charge of 20%. All requests must be made in writing via fax or letter no later than May 3, 2016.

After that date, no refunds will be given.
